PALMS, GUSTOE and PARIS – Brisbane, Australia.

I recently had the pleasure of connecting with a couple of gentlemen who I consider legitimate Aussie old school royalty, GUSTOE and PARIS.

Paris, a first generation Melbourne writer I saw from afar in magazines, while GUSTOE, under many of his well-known pseudonyms was widely considered one of Adelaide’s true style kings. I marvelled at his abilities as a young tacker when 73A ruled the southern suburbs I resided in.

Strangely after all these years, it was Brisbane we all happened to be in at the same time, and we knocked out this fun, afternoon chill wall. -Palms.

Repost from the Ironlak Blog

PALMS and DVATE – Melbourne, Australia.

Last week I made a quick trip to Melbourne to visit our Ironlak stockists.
With work missions complete I connected with our good friend DVATE and we decided we had time to rock a quick piece before I made a hasty dash for my plane home. We got together and knocked this out in around an hour and a half, I was quietly pleased with the outcome given our time frame.
Just as we finished I noticed that we were painting on Palmer St, must have been some good Karma happening. Big shouts to RICO who came to get down but ran short on time to paint with us and Ben Laukis for putting me up! -Dirty Harry.

SMUG X EPOK

Insane new goodness from old mate Smug - ganked from Street Art News

Smug x Epok New Mural In Bristol

Glasgow-based muralist Smug and Epok recently collaborated on a monumental new mural on the streets of Bristol for Upfest 2012.
Painted in about 3 days, this is another next level piece brought by Smug and his striking photorealistic portraits combined with Epok's stylized graffiti, just perfect.
